I love featuring local businesses on my blog, and Nail Play Studio is one I love. A high end nail salon located in Downtown Allentown in the Hamilton Business District, Nail Play is dedicated to providing a chic and healthy nail experience to its clients (and other services like tans, lashes, and waxing).

When you first walk into Nail Play, you’re greeted by a cool tone grey salon with white flowers, black, grey and white furniture, and really cool lighting. The manicure stations are at a long table, and the pedicure chairs are cozy with beautiful glass bowls.

What I love about Nail Play is their emphasis on clean beauty. They feature custom made nail polishes made by my favorite, Taylor Made Polish, that are eco and health friendly. They also use Taylor Made’s cuticle oil, lotions, and scrubs. Taylor Made Polish has a stunning array of unique colors, like shimmering jewel tones, and my personal favorite, the milky, white based pastels. White Lightening is one of my favorites, a creamy yellow color that is unlike what I’ve ever seen.

Another great option is their seaweed bio gel manicures. It’s a bit more pricey, but is so much healthier for your body.

The owner, Tuyen, does a great job and he’s truly a nice and welcoming person. Next time you’re looking for a place to get your nails done in Downtown Allentown, Nail Play is the place to go!
