Who doesn’t love a good, fun, fall day? I had just that at Harner Farms, an adorable spot on West College Avenue in State College, PA.
Pennsylvania has an abundance of wonderful farms and apple picking, and this place may have been my favorite of all the ones I’ve been too! Rustic, low cost, and family run, it’s perfect.
We first went through the corn maze, which was made by my kind of people! Full of spooky landmarks to find, it was a true maze and took so much creativity. My favorite part was the blood bath!
Then, we went apple picking in their orchard, which was fun, abundant, and affordable! The apples we picked were truly delicious, I’ve been snacking and enjoying.
Finally, we went to the shop and looked at all the pumpkins! They had some gorgeous ones, even yellow! I left with some gourds and pumpkins. The shop itself had all other kinds of produce and great decorations.
This was such a fun and affordable day, and if you’re in the area, definitely go for some fall fun and support a small and local business!
