Over 2 years ago, I had the idea for a book that inspired other kids to get involved in service. It was just in my imagination, and I did some research and talked to other children about what they would like to see.

After more creative thinking, my book idea came to fruition; I developed a children’s coloring book that encouraged, and walked kids through the process, of starting their own service projects.

Color Creates a Brighter Future was born.

I collaborated with an incredibly talented artist to make the images come to life. They’re cute, approachable, and friendly. The animals lead the lesson, and the detail is impeccable.

Then, I wrote the text, focusing on the lesson and making things fun, easy, approachable, and most importantly, inspiring!

The best part of this book project is that none of the money is profit, it is all going directly to my charitable organization, Little Known Help Zone, to support my monthly classroom project!
