Wedding Day Stationary Details: DIY and Gilded

You’ve probably gathered by now that I’m a stationary girl (like my DIY wedding invitations or bespoke save the dates). Well, that love has continued through to the final bits of our wedding, and I wanted to share some of our day-of stationary with you.

Place Cards

Rather than buy premade placecards, I decided to do them totally DIY so they had a luxe touch. We used cream cardstock and with my Cricut and the black Cricut pen, I used the design space’s “Merlot” font to add everyone’s name on in script. To mark meal choices, I used these meal icon stickers from etsy. The star of the show was the hand made wax seals for each card! This made them go from DIY to bespoke, and it fulfilled my desire to have wax seals somewhere at our wedding.

Menus

To fill the table and to make sure everyone knew what they were eating, we ordered custom menus from Zola. These share information on every course and will be set at each place setting.

Bar Accents

We did several things to make our bar customized and fun. We ordered a bar sign from Zazzle, as well as custom cocktail napkins! Both were so easy to adorn with our special touches. I just know the napkins will be a huge hit. Our friend is also skilled on the laser cutter and made us customized cocktail stir sticks with our last name!

Cocktail Hour Sign

Rather than spend a ton of money on our cocktail hour signage, I just made one using my Cricut, some vinyl, and a grey foam board from Hobby Lobby! Placed on an Amazon basics easel, it is simple and effective while fitting our theme.

We’ve just wrapped everything up, and I can’t wait to share the final photos with you!
