Brrr, it’s getting cold in Pennsylvania and I can feel the chill setting in. To handle that, I am adding some new supplements to my regimen thanks to Joyspring.
One priority of mine is immunity. The Elderberry Blend contains the immune boosting elderberry, as well as marshmallow root, mullein leaf, angelica root, orange peel, and calendula flowers. It tasted way better than most elderberry products do, and I just take 2 droppers full a day (instead of the one kids dose).
Also, now that the sun has been setting much earlier, I have been taking their new Vitamin D drops. Suspended in peppermint oil, 5 drops of this vitamin D is easy to take to boost my mood and bone health.
